I have wanted to start a blog for my second grade class for a long time, so here it is! I will try to update often and include important information as well as upcoming events.
Here are some important upcoming events:
- No School Wednesday- Veteran's Day! We will be doing a project and would love to give the finished product to local veterans. If you have a veteran in your family or circle of friends, let me know!!
- Friday is Pajama Day! Please no spaghetti straps or other inappropriate clothing. Slippers are okay, but be sure to send regular shoes too for recess/P.E.
- Parent-teacher conferences are coming up in a few weeks. Please look for your confirmation of date/time coming home in the Monday folder.
Other notes:
*We could really use some AA batteries in our classroom. I had 6 personal CD players donated to B5 over the summer for the kids to listen to books on CD. The problem is, we go through batteries very quickly. If you could donate one package, it would be very much appreciated!!
